US Recruiter (Non-IT & Life Sciences)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with strong exposure in IT, Non-IT, and Life Sciences hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the full recruitment cycle, executing advanced sourcing strategies, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless fulfillment of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT, Non-IT, and Life Sciences roles (Both Contract & Full-Time).

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and deliver qualified profiles within defined timelines.

Manage end-to-end hiring process : sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, negotiation, and onboarding.

Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods to identify top talent.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles.

Work closely with internal teams and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

Mandatory : Hands-on experience hiring for US IT, Non-IT & Life Sciences positions.

Strong understanding of US recruitment process, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, EAD, etc.).

Excellent sourcing skills using major job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Proven ability in Boolean search, X-ray search, social media sourcing, and other advanced talent search techniques.

Must be able to work in US time zones (EST to PST coverage).

Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
