Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Eligibility and Verification Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Eligibility and Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, ensuring that the necessary prior authorizations are obtained, and updating patient demographic information. This role also includes conducting patient follow-ups, providing customer service, and collaborating with the billing team to prevent claim denials.
