Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting in audits and assurance processes, supporting in tax compliances and filings, participating in risk assessments, and engaging in internal audits. Daily tasks include data analysis, preparing project reports, and assisting in due diligence activities. The Articled Assistant will work closely with senior auditors and accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
• Experience in Risk Advisory and Internal Audit
• Skills in Business Strategy Development and Share Valuation
• Proficiency in Due Diligence and Preparation of Project Reports
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office Suite
