Hiring : Sr Manufacturing System Engineer – PI Data Historian | PAN India | Remote | ContractWe are hiring Sr Manufacturing System Engineers – PI Data Historian for a leading global manufacturing client. The selected engineers will support lifecycle upgrades, enterprise deployments, and optimization of PI Data Historian systems across global manufacturing sites.Position : Sr Manufacturing System Engineer – PI Data HistorianLocation : PAN India – RemoteExperience : 8 – 10 YearsHire Mode : ContractOpenings : 5Job ResponsibilitiesLead lifecycle upgrades, migrations, and enhancements of PI Data Historian systems.Drive PI scope for capital projects ensuring compliance with technical & business standards.Serve as SME for PI Historian, ensuring high availability and system performance.Collaborate with global manufacturing, automation, and IT teams for PI solution delivery.Develop PI AF templates, analyses, and PI Vision displays for enterprise usage.Troubleshoot and resolve complex PI infrastructure issues across manufacturing sites.Support data-driven initiatives, predictive analytics, and digital transformation programs.Maintain documentation, standards, and compliance for PI system architecture and governance.Participate in global PI COE activities, audits, validation, and change control processes.Required Skills8+ years in manufacturing systems engineering and 3+ years in PI Data Historian.Hands-on experience with PI Data Archive, AF, PI Vision, PI Analyses / Notifications, WebAPI, RtReports.Experience with interfaces and connectors : OPC UA / DA, PI-to-PI, UFL, BACNet, RDBMS.Experience with batch interfaces : EMDVB, FTBatch, EFGen.Proven expertise in enterprise PI upgrades and deployments.PreferredBackground in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.Knowledge of MES / ERP / SCADA integrations with PI.Familiarity with Kepware, Matrikon, HighByte, HiveMQ.Knowledge of high availability (HA) PI architecture.Experience with AWS stack (EC2, EBS, S3).Exposure to Industry 4.0, MQTT, Kafka, Streaming Analytics.Scripting (PowerShell / Python) and PI certifications.Interested candidates can share their CV to : #hiring #jobsearch #manufacturingjobs #PiDataHistorian #OSIsoftPI #manufacturingengineer #systemengineer #digitalmanufacturing #automationengineer #contractjobs #remotejobs #indiajobs #engineeringjobs
