Partnerships Manager - Talent & Events

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (on-site Mumbai) who loves meeting people, networking in the field, and driving real partnerships. This role requires on-ground visits and online business outreach , working closely with entertainment, modelling, events, nightlife, and casting ecosystems.

You will be responsible for onboarding clients, agencies, and talent, securing listings, and expanding our brand presence across the city.

Role Description : On-Ground Business Development

• Visit casting directors, production houses, modelling agencies, event companies, clubs, bars, promoters, and nightlife venues to onboard their casting needs and event requirements.
• Meet talents (models, actors, musicians, dancers) during events, shoots, and workshops to onboard them to the platform.
• Build local partnerships and represent Showcase Yourself in on-ground meetings.
