Job description3–5 years of experience in performance testing, with strong expertise in Apache JMeter . Solid understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and KPIs. Experience with monitoring tools (e.G., Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic). Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.G., Groovy, Python, Shell). Exposure to other performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Gatling, or BlazeMeter.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Tester with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, particularly using Apache JMeter . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications under load.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using JMeter .
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across various applications and environments.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Monitor system performance using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar APM solutions.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning activities.
- Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and best practices.
