Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Senior QA, located in Ajmer or remote. The Salesforce Senior QA will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring that software applications meet the highest standards of quality. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing test plans, performing quality audits, managing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance. This role requires close collaboration with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management skills
• Experience with Good Salesforce Platform and Quality Auditing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the software or CRM industry is a plus
