The Campaign Operations Team supports internal and external stakeholders using the IQVIA Media Operating System (IMOS) which is a healthcare marketing and analytics platform, powering some of the largest pharmaceutical brands and media agencies in the US.
Job Responsibilities :
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or a similar role is required
Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms (i.e. ad serving platforms and / or demand side platforms like Xandr and Trade Desk)
Proficient Excel and analytical skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
Familiarity with data transformation tools like Alteryx is a plus
