Responsibilities

  • Conduct color matching for PVC plasticizers and compounds used in PVC leather cloth production.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new color formulations and improve existing ones.
  • Perform quality control tests to ensure color accuracy and consistency across batches.
  • Maintain detailed records of color formulations and testing results.
  • Provide technical support to production teams regarding color matching issues and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in color matching, specifically with PVC plasticizers and compounds.
