Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a STEM Trainer. The role is located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The STEM Trainer will deliver interactive training sessions for students, develop innovative STEM-based lesson plans, and create hands-on activities to enhance learning. The trainer will also assess student performance, provide guidance, and ensure a strong foundation in STEM concepts. Collaboration with other educators and staying updated on advancements in STEM education will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in STEM subjects including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
• Experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and designing lesson plans
• Strong communication, presentation, and interactive training skills
• Ability to engage with students of various age groups and adapt teaching methods
• Basic knowledge of online teaching tools and platforms
• Passion for STEM education and fostering innovation among students
