Posting title : Support Engineer - HCL Commerce

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Noida

Work mode : WFO

Primary skills : Basic HCL Commerce, Java & web technologies, log analysis & debugging, ServiceNow / Jira, good communication & problem solving

Qualification : Any Technical Degree

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCL Commerce applications.
  • Perform log analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and track incidents through ServiceNow / Jira or equivalent tools.
  • Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures to improve support processes.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of client-reported problems.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in HCL Commerce support or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, and web technologies.
  • Experience in application log analysis and debugging.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a work-from-office (WFO) environment across multiple locations.
