About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the New Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the electrical wires and cables industry, with a strong focus on the project segment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the project segment.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Negotiate contracts and close deals.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements :

7-8 years of experience in the electrical wires and cables industry, specifically in the project segment.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of the electrical industry and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
