Required Skills

• Python Programming : Strong in arrays, lists, NumPy, and data frame manipulation using Pandas.
• Prompt Engineering : Ability to understand prompt structure and construct clear, effective prompts for AI models.
• Algorithm Design : Capable of designing and implementing basic algorithms using lists, arrays, or data frames.
• Agentic Architecture : Understanding of multi-agent workflows; able to illustrate how agents interact using nodes and edges (LangGraph or similar tools).
• API Development : Practical experience in REST API, Flask API, and React JS integration.
• Technology Adaptability : Proven ability to switch between technologies — from Python to React JS, API building, prompt engineering, and agent creation.
• LangChain / LangGraph : Prior hands-on usage in building LLM-based workflows or AI agents.
• Prompt Optimization : Experience improving underperforming prompts through restructuring, contextual enhancements, or few-shot learning.
• Classical Machine Learning : Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning; experience selecting and building models for real-world use cases.
