Mayan Designs located at 3rd Floor SURAVI, KV KV JAIRAM ROAD, BENGALURU - 560064.

Position : Junior Architect Experience : 1-4 years

Job Description :

  • Sketch, design, and create architectural plans, elevations, approval drawings, presentation drawings, construction drawings, and interior drawings.
  • Develop concept plans using AutoCAD and create renderings using SketchUp & Enscape.
  • Assist with calculations of areas, quantities, and preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Participate in meetings with MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Assist in the research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
  • Occasionally visit the site to ensure that the executed work conforms to the drawings.
  • Interface with the Sr Architect & Principal Designer.

Architect Skills :

  • Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under indirect supervision.
  • Technically creative and open-minded.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 1-4 years of architectural and interior experience.
  • Knowledge of building rules and regulations as stipulated by the government.
  • Familiarity with standard dimensions used in interior detailing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
