Role Description
- Identify, negotiate, and close leasing opportunities for prime F&B, retail, and mall spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, tenants, mall operators, and property partners.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on market research, design, and brand positioning.
