Job Description :

As a Ground Staff at Viswamitempowersolution, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our company. Your primary role will be to assist in the day-to-day activities of the company, including but not limited to :

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
• Maintaining and organizing company records and documents
• Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Assisting in the planning and execution of company events
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office space
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
