Customer & Vendor Billing Executive

We’re looking for a Customer & Vendor Billing Executive who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to take ownership of accurate, timely billing for our clients and partners.

What you’ll do :

• Prepare and issue invoices for customers as per contracts, usage logs, or project milestones.
• Track payments, follow up on collections, and maintain updated records.
• Process vendor bills, match them with POs and agreements, and ensure timely payments.
• Handle reconciliations, vendor statements, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collaborate with the finance, operations, and sales teams to keep billing transparent and efficient.
