We are hiring a Tech Lead who will head the entire technology function at Vutto, shaping product architecture, technology choices, and engineering culture as we scale. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work alongside the founders and play a central role in building and growing the Lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for Vutto's core products (web, mobile, backend, etc. ).

• Be hands-on with development and coding activities.
• Make key decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, scalability, and security.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers over time.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies relevant to 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building and scaling tech products.
• At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead / high ownership role.
• Deep full-stack expertise : Backend, Frontend, Architecture, and Devops.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Product mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility.
