Qualifications :

BE / B.Tech Civil + PG in Construction Management (NICMAR / RICS preferred)

Experience :

2+ years in Real Estate / Construction / Project or Investment Monitoring

Key Role :

• Monitor project progress, costs & risks
• Review BOQs, timelines & compliance
• Prepare reports & coordinate with stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, project monitoring & technical due diligence

Locations : Zirakpur | Yamuna Expressway | Gurgaon | Greater Noida

CTC :

Junior Advisory : 6.5–8 LPA

Senior Advisory : 8.5–10 LPA
