Experience : 8+ Years in MICE Operations

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented MICE Operations Manager to lead our Domestic & International Outbound operations. This role will oversee end-to-end event execution, manage client relationships, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional experiences for our corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end domestic and international outbound MICE operations.

Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and partners to ensure flawless execution.

Monitor budgets, timelines, and operational efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality service.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards.

Who We’re Looking For :

Strong experience in MICE operations (domestic & international).

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Client-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with international travel and event protocols is a plus.
