Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Solutions Architect located in Bengaluru. The Lead Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing NextGen Retail solutions and integrations with various enterprise and third-party retail systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Expertise in Retail Solution Architecture and Integrations

Experience in Digital commerce Consulting and Omnichannel Development

Hands on implementing GenAI solutions and familiar with conversational AI components

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience in the Retail, CPG is a must
