Timing : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Salary : 60,000 - 80,000 per month

Were looking for a dedicated Business Operations Lead to oversee client delivery teams and manage daily operations for Australian accounting processes.
The role demands strong leadership, communication, and process management skills with hands-on experience in Australian accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Team Leaders to ensure productivity and quality.
Manage team performance and resource allocation.
Oversee client operations and ensure timely deliverables.
Maintain and update SOPs for efficient workflows.
Drive learning and continuous improvement across teams.
Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / CMA or equivalent
Excellent communication and team management skills are a must.
