Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job descriptionMinimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with cloud platform Microsoft Azure; Extensive knowledge on DevOps Tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, ARM templates. Exposure to Monitoring & Logging using Azure Monitor, App Insights, Grafana, Kibana. Should have knowledge on Scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python. Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, and Node.Js (not mandatory to code). Knowledge on Networking DNS, ExpressRoute, VNet peering, subnetting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or in teams. Exposure to Azure Data Factory, CMDB, and REST API operations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline code releases and infrastructure provisioning.
- Deploy infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates, and PowerShell.
- Monitor applications using Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, and third-party tools like Grafana and Kibana.
- Secure secrets and credentials using Azure Key Vault.
- Troubleshoot Azure-native apps and services including Azure Functions, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Perform Gerrit and Jenkins administration, build optimization Developing and maintaining build system and builds scripts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming3.
- Document technical processes and provide training / support to internal teams.
Required Skills
