Oracle Cloud Expert

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud specialist with expertise in HR solutions, recruitment, talent management, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud modules including Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, and Payroll.

  • Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and security roles.
  • Develop training programs and documentation to enhance user experience.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud consultant with a strong background in HCM.
  • Hands-on experience in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including recruitment, learning, and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and business processes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
