Mobile Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mobile marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a focus on app install / user acquisition campaigns.
- The successful applicant will plan, launch, and optimize app install campaigns on Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability.
- They will monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize toward cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and retention goals.
- Our ideal candidate will conduct A / B testing of creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to maximize performance and drive results.
- They will collaborate with the design / content team to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, bidding strategies, and mobile advertising best practices is essential for this role.
- The successful applicant will provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and improvement areas.
Requirements :
Proven 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically app install / user acquisition campaigns.Strong expertise in Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads Manager.Solid understanding of mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase).Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills (Excel / Google Analytics / Looker Studio).Experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns.Nice to Have :
