Key Responsibilities :
Order Processing & Management
- Accurately process sales orders within set timelines (SLAs).
- Monitor orders and ensure they are fulfilled correctly and on time.
Data Maintenance & Support
Maintain content and order data in internal systems (e.g., STS or equivalents).Support sales and marketing teams with system-related queries.Collaboration & Issue Resolution
Work with cross-regional stakeholders to resolve order issues.Handle escalations and customer support queries efficiently.Reporting & Process Improvement
Generate reports and track key operational metrics.Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Skills Required
