Title : AIML GENAI Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and

Generative AI

models (e.g., LLMs, GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion).

Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained large language models for specific tasks and domains.

Build end-to-end GenAI pipelines for applications like text generation, summarization, question-answering, image generation, code generation, etc.

Work with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data) to identify AI use cases and deliver business-focused AI solutions.

Integrate GenAI models into production environments using APIs and scalable frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace).

Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using metrics, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop approaches.

Keep up to date with the latest research in Generative AI and apply relevant advancements in projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.

6+ years of experience in AI / ML and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies.

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers (HuggingFace).

Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Falcon) and tools like LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar.

Good understanding of NLP, NLU, and prompt engineering.

Experience in fine-tuning models and building RAG-based architectures.

Familiarity with MLOps concepts, model versioning, and deployment (Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes is a plus).

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model hosting.

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

Experience with diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DALL

• E) for image or media generation.

Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG systems.

Experience working in Agile teams and with version control (Git).
