Job description

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and ERP entries. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in handling E-commerce accounting, especially with Amazon Seller accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update ledger accounts with accuracy.
Enter and follow up on insurance claims for timely settlement.
Generate sales invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
Handle Amazon account reconciliation including sales, returns, fees, and payment tracking.
Maintain proper account records for sales bills and payments received / to be received .
Operate ERP software such as Busywin and Catpro for daily accounting work.
Assist in Quarterly QC Reconciliation with Amazon.
Prepare Excel-based reports using V-Lookup , Pivot Tables, and major formulas.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (e-commerce experience preferred).

Proficiency in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, formulas).

Working knowledge of Busywin / Catpro ERP .

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Good communication and data management skills.
