Senior Backend Developer - Java / Spring Boot

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who cares deeply about building scalable, maintainable systems and writing clean, reliable code. You'll play a key role in shaping our architecture, mentoring younger developers, and working across the stack to ship high-impact features.

Must-Haves :

• 4-8 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
• Solid experience with Java & Spring Boot for building backend microservices.
• Excellent understanding of databases (RDBMS, schema design, performance tuning).
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed system technologies.
• Hands-on with CI / CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a mentoring mindset.
