Job descriptionCreate interactive Power BI dashboards tailored for leadership and operational teams across sales, inventory, performance, and finance domains. Utilize DAX , Power Query , and Python to derive insights from structured and semi-structured data. Build data visualizations for campaign tracking, KPI monitoring, and strategic Ad-Hoc Analysis & Stakeholder Communication Extract and aggregate data for ad-hoc analysis to support cross-functional teams. Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Provide training and documentation for non-technical users to consume reports efficiently. Data Tools : Power BI , SQL and Python Reporting : Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Automation Analyst / Developer to join our data-driven MIS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating data workflows, building and maintaining interactive dashboards, and optimizing reporting systems that support critical business decisions across various departments.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. MIS & Reporting Automation
- Design, develop, and automate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports using Power BI , SQL , Python , and Databricks .
- set up automated alerts and job scheduling to support near real-time for management reporting.
