Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Project Manager located in Pune. The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves leading a team, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements and organizational goals. This role is for handling overseas projects based out of middle east - UAE. 5-7 days of international travel is must.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles
• Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring quality control measures are met
• Knowledge of Logistics Management and coordinating project deliveries and resources
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• MBA from premier institute is must
