Position Overview

The Recruiter – Overseas Division will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely and effective sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to meet international client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates against job specifications.
• Coordinate with international clients to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
• Manage the documentation process for overseas deployment in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure continued business success.
