About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support Sales Hiring and Technical Hiring for USA, EU & UK requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US / EU & UK staffing industry , sourcing and engaging top talent across time zones, and partnering closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US / EU & UK -based Sales and Technical roles (IT & Non-IT).
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, , etc.).
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to understand specific role requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
• Work effectively across US time zones , ensuring high responsiveness and timely follow-ups.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends, compensation structures, and compliance in the US staffing market.
