About the Role :

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across multiple platforms — including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and emerging platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.

You’ll use data to make decisions, create growth opportunities for our clients, and play a key role in shaping campaign strategies that drive conversions, leads, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute end-to-end performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and manage campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert.

Optimisation & Analysis

  • Track daily and weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and implement actionable improvements in real-time.
  • Conduct A / B and multivariate testing across audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Ensure proper pixel and conversion tracking setup, troubleshoot discrepancies, and refine attribution.
  • Reporting & Insights

  • Create and present performance reports that clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide regular performance reviews and contribute to campaign planning meetings.
  • Growth & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Explore and test new ad formats, targeting options, and emerging platforms.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve campaign efficiency and creativity.
  • What You’ll Bring :

  • 4+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (e-commerce or lead gen).
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and data reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with an eye for creative storytelling through data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset — always looking for ways to improve performance and processes.
