Job description

Looking for Data Quality Engineer| Bangalore to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ yrs of experience.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product / solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using PySpark or other ETL frameworks.
  • Implement and manage data warehousing solutions (Snowflake preferred).
  • Write efficient and scalable SQL and Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
  • Ensure data quality , integrity, and reliability by applying data validation and testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines for data workflows and integrations.
  • Work with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and manage scalable data solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data systems for performance and cost efficiency.

Must Have Skills :

  • Programming : Python, SQL
  • ETL / Data Processing : PySpark or equivalent ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Glue, etc.)
  • Data Warehousing : Snowflake (preferred), Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Data Quality & Testing : Experience with frameworks for validation, reconciliation, and data governance
  • Cloud Platforms : AWS / GCP / Azure (any one or more)
  • CI / CD : Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar tools for automated deployment

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with Airflow , dbt , or Serverless data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Understanding of data modeling, schema design , and data security best practices
  • Exposure to machine learning pipelines or real-time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis)
