We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Payroll & HR Generalist who can ensure smooth payroll operations while managing key HR functions that shape our people experience.
Your Role Will Include :
💰 End-to-end Payroll management (processing, compliance & reconciliation)
🧾 Handling PF, ESI, TDS, LWF and other statutory filings
💻 Working on Zoho People / Zoho Payroll platforms
👥 Managing employee life cycle – onboarding to exit
📊 Maintaining HR reports, attendance & leave systems
🗓️ Supporting generalist functions – HR operations, employee engagement, HR audits, etc.
What We’re Looking For :
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Payroll & HR Generalist functions
✅ Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR processes
✅ Hands-on experience with Zoho HR platforms
✅ Detail-oriented, reliable, and people-focused professional
