Job Description :

NOVO Insurance Broking Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to lead and expand our client base in Bhimavaram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting a range of insurance products including life, health, and general insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and acquire new clients through field sales, networking, and referrals
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and partners
Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer service
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitors

Requirements :

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

2–5 years of experience in sales or financial services

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Local market knowledge of Bhimavaram and surrounding areas

Self-motivated and target-oriented
