Systems Analyst – Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite (Financials)???? Location : Pan India-Remote ???? Experience : 8+ years ???? Type : Full-timeWe’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials) to join our IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess, design, and deliver scalable Oracle Financials solutions.Key Responsibilities : Act as SME for Oracle Financials modules – GL, Accounting Hub Cloud (AHC), and UCM.Provide functional expertise across AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, Payments, Expenses & Advanced Collections.Lead all phases of project delivery : requirements gathering, design (HLD / LLD), build, testing, deployment & post-go-live support.Deliver key project artifacts – HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations (OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI).Support functional issue resolution, training, and end-user enablement.Ensure compliance with audit and financial reporting standards.Required Skills & Experience : 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials (Cloud or EBS).Proven expertise in GL, AHC, and UCM modules.Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes.Experience delivering HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD documentation.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred : Oracle certification in Financials.Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Exposure to global ERP rollouts.f this sounds like you, we’d love to connect! ????
