  • Share information about the company s products and services through social media, campus events, WhatsApp groups, and seminars.
  • Promote the brand within your department and across the university.
  • Host or participate in events, workshops, or informational sessions, especially during student orientations.
  • Join student clubs and groups to represent and promote the brand.
  • Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures.
  • Paste QR codes on notice boards, outside cafeterias, and near photocopy areas to drive awareness.
  • Actively post on WhatsApp groups, ensuring the brand s message reaches a wider audience.
  • Leverage personal and campus-related social media platforms for marketing campaigns.
  • Drive sign-ups, subscriptions, or purchases by encouraging students to join through referral programs.
  • Gather feedback from students about the brand s products and services, especially regarding the AI tool, and report it to the company.
  • Contact teachers to onboard them and promote the use of the company s products.
  • Facilitate group discussions about the company s services and tools, highlighting their benefits to students.

    • Ability to commit a few hours weekly to promotional activities.
    • No experience required.
    • Previous experience in student leadership roles or event organization is a plus but not mandatory.
