Function : Infrastructure Engineering & The Role :

We are seeking a skilled GIAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in One Identity Manager (1IM) to manage, support, and optimize our Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring secure user access, system integrity, and compliance across our hybrid infrastructure Responsibilities :

• Administer and support One Identity Manager platform and tools (Object Browser, Job Queue, Sync Editor).
• Manage IAM integrations across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and report issues preand post-IAM release cycles.
• Handle performance tuning of IAM tools and supporting infrastructure.
• Support identity lifecycle management and service integrations.
• Collaborate with global project and operations teams during release and testing phases.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems within IAM infrastructure.
• Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation and operating procedures.
• Work with tools like JIRA for task and issue Experience & Qualifications :
• 4-8 years of experience in enterprise IT, focused on IAM systems like One Identity.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory (multi-forest), IIS, and MS SQL Server.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP / IP) and understanding of infrastructure components.
• Exposure to DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, pipelines) and Certifications & Skills :
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Cloud platform experience Azure, AWS (certifications are a plus).
• Microsoft certifications in infrastructure or cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and secure DevOps Competencies :
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, governance, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent coordination and documentation abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in global, enterprise environments.
