Healthcare Data Insights Strategist

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to join our team, combining leadership, client management, and hands-on analytics. This role applies advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact results for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.

• Spearhead a team of consultants, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify problems, design solutions, deliver analytical work, and present actionable insights.
• Drive measurable outcomes, tackling complex pharma challenges end-to-end, and thriving in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong solutioning mindset, leveraging longitudinal real-world patient datasets to solve use cases such as forecasting, brand performance tracking, prescriber targeting, segmentation, patient journeys, and omni-channel attribution.

A proven track record in client communication, team leadership, and technical excellence in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel is essential. Additionally, a background in healthcare analytics with real-world / claims / EMR data, along with familiarity with PBS data, is preferred.
