Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager – Social Media to oversee and grow our presence on YouTube and Instagram for unstumbled, unsobered & unsobered Hindi. - Execute the YouTube content calendar for long-form videos, Shorts, and community posts.
- Optimize content with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Maintain playlists and categories to improve discoverability.
- Engage with the community through comments, messages, and trending conversations.
- Track key metrics such as watch time, retention, CTR, impressions, and engagement.
- Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Implement A / B testing of thumbnails and titles to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
- Identify collaboration and cross-promotion opportunities.
Instagram Management for unstumbled, unsobered & unsobered Hindi
Manage the Instagram content calendar across feed posts, Reels, and Stories.Ensure high-quality content with strong captions, trending hashtags, and optimal timing.Coordinate with designers and editors for visually compelling creatives.Actively engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive Story features.Monitor performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.Analyze Reels performance and optimize based on trends.Explore collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and partnerships to grow reach.Research and experiment with new platform features to stay ahead of trends.Key Success Metrics

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency or brand side).Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms, SEO, and trends.Proficiency in content planning, execution, and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.Collaborative approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
