Essential Responsibilities :

• Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
• Advises immediate management on project-level issues
• Guides junior engineers
• Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
• Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions

In your day-to-dayrole you will

Provide technical leadership in a high-performing engineering team to build and scale a highly secure, reliable, and performant AI / ML platform to enable a standardized end-to-end model development and production lifecycle with delightful user experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define platform requirements and priorities.

Architect scalable and efficient platform that enables data scientists to build, deploy, and monitor machine learning solutions end-to-end.

Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to software development best practices.

Drive innovation by researching and incorporating state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks into the platform.

Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and alignment driving skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner

Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI / ML technology and industry trends andleverage this knowledge to enhance the platform's capabilities
