The Opportunity

As our AI Program Manager, you will be the central force translating strategy into execution. You'll be at the critical intersection of our Content, Tech, and AI Production teams, driving high-impact projects that re-engineer our internal processes for a new era of entertainment. This is a pivotal role that blends creative strategy with relentless, data-driven execution.

What You'll Do

• Build Our Operational Playbook :

Design and implement the standards, systems, and best practices for our content operations—to achieve world-class speed, quality, and efficiency.

Collaborate with our Tech, Operations & Production teams to ensure the programs you run are deeply integrated with our core technology and that every decision is backed by data.

Who You Are

You possess strong business acumen and a knack for strategic thinking, with an MBA from Tier 1,2 or equivalent experience in a high-performance environment.

You excel at leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Your communication is inspiring, clear, and effective. You have 2+ years of experience managing teams or large-scale programs.

You are obsessed with optimization and building systems that scale. Your background, possibly in demanding fields like FMCG, consulting, or e-commerce category management, has taught you how to re-engineer processes from the ground up.

You are a dedicated consumer of fictional content across books, shows, and films, and you are genuinely excited to build the future of entertainment.
