Role Overview : -

We are hiring a Lead Engineer who will operate as the Head of Engineering.

This role is ideal for someone who :

• 👥 Can lead a 4–10 member team
• 🏗️ Can architect scalable systems
• ⚡ Can ship fast in an early-stage environment
• 🤝 Can work closely with the founder
• 🚀 Wants to grow into a CTO role in 12–24 months

This is a hands-on + leadership role.
