BI Engineer (MicroStrategy | Power BI | SQL | Snowflake)

Role : BI Engineer

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : Long Term

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : Hybrid - 4x days onsite in Pune, India

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled BI Engineer with strong experience in MicroStrategy, Power BI, and SQL to design and deliver data-driven reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports.
• Optimize data workflows across Snowflake , Oracle , and Azure environments.
• Implement data governance, automation, and quality frameworks.
• Support and mentor the BI team in best practices and performance tuning.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and reporting efficiency
