Compensation Strategy & Design : Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs that support talent attraction and retention.
Benefits Administration : Partner with the Global Benefits Team to manage health, retirement, and wellness programs, including vendor selection and renewals. Oversee the pension and retirement plans, and serve as the company’s representative in interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers.
Market Benchmarking : Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries.
Compliance & Governance : Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and global policy standards.
Recognition Programs : Collaborate with the Global Compensation Team to support global programs and projects.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare reports and insights on compensation and benefits trends to inform decision-making.
Employee Communication : Maintain and enhance communication platforms to educate employees and managers on Total Rewards offerings.
Budget Management : Support financial planning and budgeting for compensation and benefits programs.
Job Evaluation : Oversee job classification and evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards roles (5+ years may be considered with strong multinational experience)
