About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the recruitment and staffing industry to help us grow our client base in India and the UAE . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with HR and business leaders, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across industries for recruitment and staffing services in India and UAE.
- Use online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, databases, email campaigns, etc.) to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Owners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client needs are understood and met efficiently.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities in both markets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and staffing business models (permanent, contract, RPO).Proven ability to generate and close leads independently using digital platforms and networking.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Familiarity with UAE and Indian market trends, business culture, and hiring practices.Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation automation tools is a plus.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 4 years of business development experience in recruitment / staffing agencies.Prior experience handling clients across multiple industries (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.) preferred.What We Offer
