▷ Immediate Start : Infrastructure Engineer

We are hiring Infra Engineers (L1.5) responsible for managing incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence, and supporting both datacenter and cloud (AWS / Azure) environments. The role acts as a bridge between L1 and L2 support to maintain operational continuity and reduce escalations.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor dashboards, alerts, and mailboxes; manage incidents and service requests.

Perform system health checks, manage backups, and disk utilization.

Improve knowledge base (KB) usage and contribute to SOP / process enhancements.

Support AWS / Azure Cloud (IaaS), Windows Server Administration, Networking, Storage, and AD management.

Identify automation opportunities and collaborate across teams.

Work on ITSM ticketing tools and ensure strong documentation.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1.5–2.5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Operations.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration and basic AWS / Azure Cloud.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and process adherence

Preferred : AWS / Azure Foundation Certification.
