About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the data analysis group, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and extracting insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data analysis projects from end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Utilize machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to extract value from complex data sets. Develop and maintain large-scale data models to support predictive analytics initiatives. Communicate results effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or related field, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
